CLUB AIMS
Our aim is to encourage members to ENJOY the hobby of photography.
Learning comes from listening to our visiting Lecturers and Judges and also by asking questions applicable to YOU.
We take great pride in the friendliness and help that the Club offers.
We meet most Friday evenings with doors open at about 7pm and the meeting starting at 7:45pm.
Generally the organised part of the evening is completed by about 9pm leaving time to talk with the other members. It's a great opportunity to make friends with other members, discuss photographs, camera equipment or the events of the evening.
We are now a Club with a great interest in Digital Photography and all that it entails however traditional film and printing techniques are never forgotten. The Club owns a complete set of studio flash equipment that is used for practical demonstrations in portraiture,
The club also has a a laptop computer that can be used for demonstrations, photo editing or the production of Audio-Visual shows.
Why not come along and see if any of our activities are of interest to YOU?
